There are loads of women from "The Office" who should be your role models.
In Scranton, PA, is the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin. Never heard of it? Well, okay, maybe it’s not a real company, but it’s definitely real to us fans of "The Office." Personally, I think this show has it all. Heart, laughs, love, and some awesome women! Here are 5 of Dunder Mifflin’s most fabulous women from "The Office" who should be your role models.

1. Pam Beesly Halpert
For the first few seasons, Pam was the face of Dunder Mifflin as the receptionist for The Office. Viewers watched her go from a woman in an abusive relationship, to a woman crushing on her coworker, to an art student, to getting married and starting a family with the love of her life, to moving forward in her career and art, and ultimately living her best life. Pam is an amazing friend, and I know that one of my favorite parts of the series finale was seeing how much she had grown, and how happy she was with the life she was living. She's definitely one of the best women from "The Office" who should be your role models.
2. Holly Flax
Initially, she was just the temporary head of HR who took Toby’s place while he was on jury duty. But she became so much more, so quickly. Her quirkiness and social awkwardness are akin to Michael Scott’s, which is probably how she stole his (and the audience’s) heart. She is caring and loving, and the viewers were almost as heartbroken as Michael when she was transferred to another branch. Luckily, she came back and we got to watch her and Michael work towards their happily ever after!
3. Kelly Kapoor
So, while she maybe isn’t the character most worthy of being a role model, Kelly’s pretty hilarious. Not only that, she’s confident, and knows exactly what she wants. Maybe exactly what she wants is hot office temp Ryan Howard, but at least she knows herself. She’s the drama queen we all secretly wish we could be.
Erin became the receptionist after Pam left to become a saleswoman at Michael Scott Paper Company, and she should probably be fired for stealing…our hearts, that is! Her ditzy-red headed self is endearingly naïve, but always kind and confident. She is always willing to learn and is a friend to the entire office. We need more Erin Hannons bringing sunshine into the world.

5. Angela Martin Schrute
I debated whether or not I should put Angela on the list, because let’s face it, in the first few seasons, she’s the worst. She’s judgmental and rude and bigoted and hypocritical. But she undergoes a pretty amazing journey and develops amazingly as a character. By the end of the series, she is much less judgmental (she’s still judgey, but the best of us have our moments) and has become a better, kinder person. Angela shows us that we must be willing to change and be aware of our flaws.
