There are so many TV shows that Netflix should have available for instant streaming. Seriously, they would likely double their subscriber base if they added some classic fan-favorites! While we have to applaud Netflix for bringing us Gilmore Girls and Friends, there is still a massive void that needs filling. If you're wondering is Golden Girls on Netflix, the answer is sadly still no—but it definitely should be. Here are some TV shows that Netflix needs to add to their library pronto.
1. The Golden Girls
I know I can't be the only one who's still obsessed with The Golden Girls. I can't even explain how happy I get when a Golden Girls marathon is on! Betty White, Bea Arthur, Rue McClanahan, and Estelle Getty are comedic geniuses and everyone needs to know it. If Netflix were to make the series available for instant streaming, people would be in for some serious laughs. This is just one of the many TV shows that Netflix should have.
- The Golden Girls: Won Emmy Awards for all four lead actresses.
- Running Time: Seven successful seasons of pure comedy gold.
- Cultural Impact: Remains a staple of pop culture fashion and sharp wit.
2. The O.C.
If you still watch reruns of The O.C., it's probably your guilty-pleasure TV show. I mean, Adam Brody, Rachel Bilson, Benjamin McKenzie... what more could you possibly need?! If you love the humor in The Golden Girls, you'll definitely appreciate the drama here. Seriously Netflix, it should be a crime that this series isn't easily accessible to all of us. It would definitely be worth a binge-watching session.
3. Veronica Mars
I know I can't be alone in thinking that Netflix's viewership would skyrocket if they put Veronica Mars on Instant Streaming. It's actually available through the DVD section of Netflix but who even has time for that?! We need the series available for instant satisfaction and while they're at it, Netflix should feel free to add the Veronica Mars movie to Instant Streaming as well!
4. Modern Family
How is this not on Netflix yet?! I'm a big fan of Modern Family but I've only seen random episodes from random seasons. I'd love to be able to watch it from season one and work my way through the series. But first, Netflix needs to add it to Instant Streaming! | Show Name | Genre | Why We Need It | | :--- | :--- | :--- | | Modern Family | Sitcom | Hilarious mockumentary style | | Veronica Mars | Mystery | Kristen Bell's iconic performance | | Community | Comedy | Meta-humor and amazing ensemble cast | How else are people going to learn about Phil Dunphy's words of wisdom and experience the rest of the family?!

These titles offer a fresh perspective on femininity and the nuances of womanhood, allowing you to embark on memorable viewing experiences from the comfort of your home.
5. Community
This is another TV show, Community, that I really want to watch from the beginning! It'd be awesome if Netflix added it to their site because who can ever get enough of Joel McHale, Donald Glover, and Yvette Nicole Brown?
6. Awkward
This MTV show is ridiculously popular so it's beyond me as to why it isn't available for Instant Streaming! What gives, Netflix?! With all the drama that goes on and love triangles that take place throughout the seasons, we need to be able to binge-watch and obsess over it all. The show's currently on its last season!
7. Seinfeld
Update: It finally happened! Seinfeld is now on Netflix, and it's everything we hoped for. Previously, with its cable and broadcast TV deals expiring, there have been talks about Netflix getting their hands all over it. Personally, I would love nothing more! I'll admit, Seinfeld might not be for everybody but it's definitely for me. Let's hope Netflix gets the deal before Amazon comes after it!
Well, there you have it. These are just seven out of many awesome TV shows Netflix needs to have, like ASAP. Can you think of any other shows you'd love to be able to binge-watch on Netflix?
