7 Iconic TV Friend Groups We Still Wish We Could Join

1. New Girl

No one wishes there was a real-life Nick Miller more than I do. New Girl has such a fantastic cast and the chemistry that those friends have is incomparable. How awesome would it be to be invited to one of Schmidt's ridiculous parties? You also have to love how this clique always keeps it real (i.e. the 'douchebag' jar). You can catch all the loft shenanigans on Hulu. The New Girl gang is just one of the TV cliques I wish I could've been a part of!

2. Friends

Do I even have to explain why the Friends clique made it on the list? I would pay good money to hang out with Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Joey, Ross, and Phoebe for a day! Being a part of this clique means strolling into each other's apartment anytime of the day and spying on 'Ugly Naked Guy' together. They truly are the gold standard for best sitcoms of all time. Yup, that sounds like a good time!

3. Saved by the Bell

Zack, Slater, Kelly, Lisa, Screech, and Jessie: or as I like to call them, the dream team. These guys always managed to have a blast and find new adventures, all while navigating the halls of Bayside High. The show is such a classic piece of 90s nostalgia, and it'd be awesome to go back to these 'squeaky clean' days and see what kind of trouble you could get into with these six!

4. How I Met Your Mother

Being a part of this clique means nonstop laughter and plenty of 'legendary' moments. They always offer the best (and sometimes worst) advice, and Barney always has an elaborate bet or scheme going on to keep things interesting. Also, if you were in the inner circle, you would've known who the 'mother' was a long, long time ago!

5. That 70's Show

This group of friends is just too cool. I mean, being friends with Kelso? What more could you ask for?! Hanging out in the basement with this gang would be a dream come true for anyone who loves a good laugh and a retro vibe. Plus, with the recent success of That 90's Show, it's clear we still can't get enough of this basement crew.

6. Freaks and Geeks

Freaks & Geeks is seriously one of my all-time favorite cult classics. If you haven't watched it, please do yourself a favor and check it out! I can't really choose who I liked more, the freaks or the geeks. The freaks were an incredible lineup of future stars:

They were the outcasts of the school but at the same time, they were the ones you actually wanted to hang out with. Then, there's the geeks who are just SO cute. I'd be their friend any day!

7. Entourage

I remember watching Entourage and wishing I could be best friends with the whole crew, Ari Gold included. Whether they were cruising through LA or hitting the red carpet, their loyalty to each other was always front and center. I'm so glad we got to see them one last time in the Entourage movie, which really helped everyone with their withdrawals from the show!
