The Breakfast Club (1985)

An all-time classic that tells the story of every high school with labels. Five students from different social groups; a pretty girl, a geek, a jock, a criminal, and a basket case are all stuck in Saturday detention in the school library. With hours to kill, they eventually end up talking to each other and open up about their unexpected lives, becoming good friends in the process. The characters in this movie are super relatable. The movie beautifully shows how these characters who look very simple at the start of the movie are actually very complicated and deep and have so much to them than just a label. If you have not watched this classic directed by John Hughes yet, add it to your list now.

These movies are fun to watch even if you are not in high school. They will put you in a good mood and remind you of your high school days. Have you watched any of these movies?
