1. Stuck in Love
A lot can happen in one year, more than you could believe! Follow this family's journey from Thanksgiving of one year to Thanksgiving the next and see how the characters transform. It's a beautiful story about love- but definitely not a love story.
2. Marie’s Story
This movie is a beautiful story of triumph. If Marie can overcome all of the obstacles in her life, you can definitely conquer next semester! Plus, it's French, so when you go back to school you can brag to your friends about how you're cultured and watch French films. Warning: this movie might make you cry!
3. Not Another Happy Ending
This is definitely one of my favorite movies! But it's a hidden gem on Netflix, so you might not have seen it. It's quirky, funny, and uplifting. It might even become your new favorite!
4. Silver Lining’s Playbook
This movie was a classic the day it came out! If you still haven't seen it, make sure you add it to your list. Even if you've already seen it, it never hurts to see this film another time! Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper? You really can't go wrong!

7. Kate and Leopold
He’s handsome, a gentleman, classy, what could go wrong? Oh right, he's from the year 1876. But 2003 is where he'll find true love! Make sure you watch this modern-day classic love story over winter break.
