1 Oliver Queen
Oliver Queen (played by Stephen Amell) is one of the most complex and mysterious characters on TV right now. He grew up a self-entitled rich kid who never had any real responsibilities. That was all before the accident. After being marooned on a deserted island for five years, Queen becomes a new man; a man who had to fight to stay alive, and a man who's now trying to figure out what's worth living for. He's just one of the reasons to watch Arrow.

2 The Flashbacks
Throughout the present-day story lines, flashbacks are incorporated in every episode. Each flashback gives the audience a glimpse at Oliver's time on the island. I love the fact that the past and present are intertwined because I like being able to connect the dots in every episode. You find out why Oliver Queen is the way that he is, and what it took him to survive.
3 Eye Candy
Where do I even start? This show is loaded with good-looking people. However, it doesn't take away from their acting which I love. Stephen Amell, Colton Haynes, David Ramsey, and Colin Donnell are just some of the beautiful men who've graced the show. Oh, did I mention that Oliver Queen (Amell) is nearly shirtless in every episode? If that's not a good reason to watch the show, I don't know what is.
4 Girl Power
Katie Cassidy is greater than ever as Laurel Lance. Not only is she a pretty face on the show, but she's also a kick-ass lawyer. She always fights for what's right and is never afraid to speak her mind. Willa Holland (Thea Queen) is another gorgeous, powerful woman. Her character was a bit out of control in the first season, but I love that she pulled it together in the second season. She's doing a fantastic job at running a business which is pretty impressive. Of course, there's also Felicity, the smokin' IT babe that brings us all laughs.
5 Plot Twists
Okay, I might spill some SPOILERS for this one. So, please read at your own risks! It seems like Arrow gets crazier with each episode. I mean, I did NOT see the whole "Sara is alive" thing coming. Did you? Also, Slade is alive and plotting revenge on Oliver? Where did he even come from? The plot thickens with each crazy twist but I can't help but love it all.
6 Felicity Smoak
Felicity has become one of my favorite characters. She's such a humble, personable girl. She's a smokin' hot IT babe whose witty dialogue keeps everyone laughing. She's quirky and awkward, which is so fun to watch. Also, there's this whole "will they or won't they" thing she has going on with Oliver. I'm not quite sure which side I'm rooting for yet!

Arrow stays true to it's comic-origin and utilizes the vast network of characters and arcs. The show has incorporated many characters from the DC Universe into its structure and fans are thrilled about it.
