I’m a TV addict.

I think it comes from living alone.

I like my own company but I don’t like silence which is why the TV is switched on almost from the time I get up.

Yes- I work at home, all day, with the TV on.

And I often choose my program based on my mood.

If my work is making me annoyed or upset I watch something funny.

If I have competing deadlines I watch something calming.

If I need motivation I find something appropriate.2

I can quite honestly say my work and my lifestyle is easy-going, but I if I were to ever get stressed AF, these are the kinds of shows on Netflix I’d tune into.

1. Parks and Recreation

When you are stressed, there is nothing better than a good dose of comedy, and over the last decade Parks and Recreation has been one of the best comedies out there.

It’s always nice to be able to do a proper binge, and now that the show has ended you can completely de-stress by going from the beginning right through to the end!

2. Friday Night Lights

People make the mistake of thinking that Friday Night Lights is just for sports fans, but it is so much more than that.

If you want some addictive melodrama mixed with a bit of comedy and whole heap of heart, then this show is for you.

You will fall in love with all of the characters and be rooting for the team in no time!

3. Gilmore Girls

Do I really need to explain this one?

Gilmore Girls is one of those shows where you can put on any episode and immediately fall in to a stress free universe, getting invested in the quirky goings on at Stars Hollow.

It’s the perfect duvet day show to watch!
