1. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants
Lately it seems like Santorini, or just Greece in general, is on everyone’s bucket list. If you’re one of those people, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants is definitely one of many movies to satisfy your wanderlust, at least a little bit. Not only does this movie feature gorgeous shots of Greece, but Blake Lively’s portion of the movie takes place almost entirely in Baja California, Mexico, giving you even more reason to watch!
2. Under the Tuscan Sun
Whether Italy has been on your bucket list for decades or you’ve had a bit of a hankering for Tuscany as of late, this movie is the perfect choice for you. Everyone knows Italy is gorgeous, but even this movie will absolutely stun you with just how gorgeous all of the scenery is!
3. Eat, Pray, Love

In fact, the entire premise of the movie is about satisfying wanderlust, so the next time you’re looking to do that but don’t have the budget, this is the movie for you!
4. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is everything you want in a movie about travel. There are gorgeous shots on mountaintops and everything you could possibly imagine, and yet it’s so much more than a movie about travel. It’s whimsical and outlandish, and it’s most specifically about taking chances in life, making it perfect for those crossroads moments in your own life.

6. Before Sunrise
Everyone has probably dreamt of doing this at one point or another, but never actually worked up the courage to do so. In Before Sunrise, Jesse and Céline are complete strangers traveling the world, only to serendipitously meet in Vienna. They spend the night exploring the city, knowing that they’ll be separated in the morning to continue on with their separate travels. We’ve all wanted to be this impulsive at some point, and this movie is a great depiction of what could actually happen if we did do just that.
7. The Fault in Our Stars
The Fault in Our Stars is definitely not a movie known for its travel. I’m sure that you could talk to a number of people who would tell you that travel was not on the forefront of their mind when they left the theatre this summer. That being said, Augustus and Hazel’s trip to Amsterdam is one that you’ll be jealous of forever. In fact, I never had any interest in going to Amsterdam before I saw this movie, but now it’s high on my bucket list.
