I’ve always been a fan of arthouse and indie movies but they aren’t really shown in multiplex theaters. Thank heaven for Netflix. A movie any true film lover needs to see: a documentary about the life and career of the industry’s best-loved critic, Roger Ebert.

A brilliant 1940s comedy starring Cary Grant that can be seen as the precursor to many of the slapstick, screwball type comedies of the 80s and 90s.

11 Stardust

A really magical, underrated movie about a young man who attempts to prove his love for a girl by venturing in to the world of fairies to retrieve a fallen star.
